My WILD Why

I founded WILD not just to honor where we’ve been, but to reimagine what’s ahead. For years, I’ve envisioned a space built specifically for women in the industrial, logistics, and development. A space for deeper connection, visibility, and bold leadership growth. Every conversation about this vision confirmed the same truth: we need this community, and the time is now. My hope is that WILD becomes a lasting network that empowers women to lead boldly, support one another, and leave the industry stronger than we found it.
