Sponsorship contributions are not charitable donations but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance. Upon IRS approval, WILD’s exemption status will be retroactive to its date of formation and sponsorships received in 2025 will fall under that exemption.
