My WILD Why

WILD matters to me because I spent years trying to blend into a male-dominated space instead of recognizing the strength in what makes me different. I’ve watched the landscape of industrial real estate evolve and I’m excited to elevate the presence of women who are strong, ambitious and shaping what comes next. Through mentorship, education tailored to our field and genuine collaboration, I believe we can build a network where women rise together - and have a lot of fun along the way.

I’ve always believed in the saying, “When you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a taller fence.” In every part of life, whether in our work, our families or in our personal communities, our strength comes from building space at the table for others to thrive. That means being the village for our friends, championing our kids, giving our time freely and lifting each other higher.
