Lindy brings more than a decade of experience guiding industrial development projects from site selection and acquisition through entitlement, construction and stabilization. Her work on speculative and build-to-suit projects provides WILD with a valuable development perspective and a clear understanding of how many disciplines must work together to bring a project to life. She is committed to creating the same mentorship, knowledge sharing and professional support that helped shape her own career.

Beki brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and a deep understanding of Northern Nevada’s industrial market. Her work in tenant representation, acquisitions and site selection provides WILD with a practical perspective on how businesses evaluate space, location and long-term growth. Tomi Jo brings broad commercial real estate experience, industrial transaction expertise and a long history of industry leadership to the WILD board. Her background managing brokerage teams and serving in leadership roles with CREW and CCIM gives her a strong perspective on professional development, mentorship and organizational growth. Christina brings two decades of commercial real estate experience and a deep understanding of industrial leasing, property operations and portfolio strategy. In overseeing more than 7 million square feet across the Reno-Sparks market, she provides WILD with the perspective of a major industrial owner and developer responding to changing tenant needs and market conditions.
