My WILD Why

When I began my career in commercial real estate right out of college, I was fortunate to be surrounded by strong, accomplished women who guided me both professionally and personally. Their mentorship and friendship were instrumental in shaping me into a confident, respected professional in the male-dominated industrial development sector. I know that not everyone has the same access to those kinds of relationships, which is why I believe so strongly in creating opportunities to lift each other up, share knowledge, and build confidence. The support and guidance of those female leaders laid the foundation for my success, and I am committed to paying that forward.

“Our differences make us unique but our will to be better brings us together.  We [women] are better and stronger together.”
