OCTOBER 2026
October at WILD: Celebrating Connections & Looking Ahead
October brings a look back at WILD9 Golf Series + Clinic, opportunities to get involved through WILD committees and our latest WILD Insights article. We're also looking ahead to our upcoming ConnectHER and LeadHERship events as WILD prepares to celebrate its first anniversary next month. This month's newsletter highlights the women, connections and opportunities that continue to shape our growing organization.
WILD9 Golf Series: Building Confidence On and Off the Course
WILD’s inaugural WILD9 Golf Series brought women together for two afternoons of learning, networking and building confidence on the golf course.
The series kicked off with a hands-on skills clinic, giving participants an opportunity to learn the fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive setting. The following week, attendees put their new skills to work with nine holes of golf in a fun, best-ball format. From first-time golfers to those refining their game, WILD9 created an opportunity to build connections and gain confidence both on and off the course.
Coming Up: ConnectHER & LeadHERship Events
ConnectHER Virtual Speed Networking
ConnectHER brings women across industrial, logistics and development together for a virtual speed networking event designed to make new connections in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Through a series of short conversations, participants will have the opportunity to meet industry peers, expand their professional networks and connect with women they might not otherwise meet. All from the convenience of their desks!
LeadHERship Workshop & WILD's One-Year Celebration
Join WILD for an engaging discussion led by Lea Wilson of One Studio D+A, exploring the evolution of women in the built environment, the progress we've made and what the next 50 years could look like.
Following the workshop, we'll gather at Ms Finicky to celebrate WILD's first anniversary, recognize the women who have helped shape our organization and raise a glass to the holiday season ahead!
WILD Turns ONE!
Next month marks one year of WILD! What started as a vision to bring women across industrial, logistics and development together has grown into a community built on connection, collaboration and opportunity.
Over the past year, we've welcomed members, hosted events, shared industry knowledge and created new ways for women to connect and support one another. None of it would be possible without the women who show up, get involved and continue to help WILD grow.
We're excited to celebrate this milestone with you and look forward to everything our second year will bring!
Get Involved with WILD Committees
Members looking to become more involved can help shape WILD programming, membership, partnerships and other initiatives throughout the year.
Committee participation is an opportunity to contribute your experience, work alongside other members and have a direct role in what WILD develops next.
